The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms that are very comfortable and face the shopping mall. While the rooms may not live up to the expectations set by the pictures, they still provide a big, clean space with a balcony for smoking and a bonus view. The service is exceptional, with the staff doing their absolute best to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, being close to a mall and grocery shop, although it could benefit from more sun beds. Dining waiting for us at 4 am was a nice touch, though there is room for improvement in terms of choice. The facilities are well-kept, further enhancing the experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautiful with a huge lounge/dining area, facing the shopping mall, super spacious, and the breakfast spread was nice with some flexibility for on-demand items. The internet connectivity was flawless. The service was outstanding, and the staff at Koulen Hotel went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, being only a few minutes from the markets, restaurants, and royal palace, in a quieter part of town away from the chaos of pub street. The dining experience was amazing, with so much choice and all fresh and beautifully presented. Overall, a great value for money experience!

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are like large suites, perfect for families and couples with a separate kitchen, dining room, and lounge. It's like having your own apartment, and it's a wonderful base after a day of sightseeing. The service was amazing; the staff couldn't do enough for us, organizing tuk tuks & tours. The location is great, not far from the river and a short walk from Pub Street. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.
